I like to share professional resources and outreach options up front so they’re easiest to find in crisis moments. There are way more professional options and assault support venues available than I can possibly list here. Those listed have trusted reputations and/or offer resources that best fit the assault recovery objectives outlined in the aRIFT+ Warrior Project and in the forcoming book, Cut Yourself Free, Warrior Sister.

You may require professional options for legal, medical, and necessary support matters. It’s important to find the right support, and the earlier you do it the better. Here are some options that will help you learn your victim rights and what legal or criminal options are available if you seek justice, financial support, or protections. Included here are also crisis intervention helplines, other assault recovery outreaches, and some intervention treatment options that are available.
